Beans all Vodka with Burrata

Ingredients
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1 large onion, diced (about 1 cup)
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 4 cans (about 15 ounces each) butter beans or cannellini (before rinsing, drain liquid, reserving 1/4 cup)
• 1 jar (23.75 ounces) Prego® Spicy Vodka Sauce or Prego® Creamy Tomato with Ricotta Cheese Sauce
• 1/4 cup thinly sliced fresh basil leaves
• 4 ounces burrata cheese (optional)
Step 1
Heat the oil in a 12-inch skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook for 5 minutes or until tender-crisp.
Step 2
Add the beans, sauce and reserved bean liquid and heat to a boil. Reduce the heat to medium-low. Cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Top with the basil and burrata, if desired. Serve with crusty bread.
