Straw yellow in color with greenish tinges; attractive nose, predominantly fruity with lush citrus notes; pleasantly crisp and harmonious with a slightly sweet finish.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS
Temperature: 10-12 °C
Excellent as an aperitif or in rice dishes; perfect with fish dishes and fresh cheeses.
VINEYARDS: The Vallagarina Valley in Trentino.
WINEMAKING: This wine style is produced by harvesting early to create a more appealing crisp wine with limited alcohol content; in addition, a part of the wine undergoes special filtration in order to limit alcohol content. Vinification is carried out as for white wine and the grape must is obtained by soft pressing in order to avoid extraction of the skins’ natural pink color. Fermentation is conducted using selected yeasts and temperature control (20°C).
