VINEYARDS: The banks of northern Italy’s Adige River provide just the right growing conditions for Cavit Chardonnay grapes.
WINEMAKING: Bunches of grapes are hand-picked to preserve the distinctive components and aromas that distinguish this wine. After selection, the grapes are fermented “sur lie” (on the skins).
SIZES: Available in 750ml and 1.5L sizes.
