Gluten-Free Pizza

Ingredients

For the Gluten-Free Crust:

  • 1 packet yeast, 1 tbsp sugar, and 3/4 cup hot water
  • 2 cups 1 to 1 gluten free flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar

Toppings:

  • pizza sauce
  • goat cheese
  • kalamata olives
  • prosciutto

Instructions

  1. Combine first set of ingredients to let the yeast foam!
  2. Once combined, let rest in warm space for about 7 minutes.
  3. Combine second set of ingredients and add the foamy yeast mixture, mix well!
  4. On an oiled surface, spread the pizza dough into a circle shape and bake at 400 for about 8-10 minutes.
  5. Add all your toppings and bake for an additional 8-10 minutes or until all toppings are cooked to your liking.
