Crispy Artichoke Red Pepper Pizza

Ingredients

  • Pizza dough
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 2/3 cup roasted red peppers
  • 1 can artichoke halves
  • Dash of pepperincino
  • 1 cup Mozzarella
  • 6 tsp Ricotta

Instructions

Sauce:

  1. In fry pan add 1/4 C Extra Virgin Olive Oil medium heat cool sliced garlic until golden
  2. Add dash pepperincino
  3. Add thinly sliced tomatoes and cook until smooth

Crispy Artichokes:

  1. In separate pan, add 1/4 C Extra virgin Olive Oil to Med High
  2. Add Artichokes and fry until crispy.

Pizza:

  1. Place prepared dough on pizza pan, add tomato sauce, top with Mozz.
  2. Place sliced roasted Red Peppers and Crispy Artichokes, evenly distribute small dollops of Ricotta on the outer perimeter so that every slice has some
  3. Bake 350f for 25 minutes
