Apricot Chicken with Bacon & Brie

Ingredients

Dough:

  • 1 T Active Dry Yeast
  • 1 Cup Warm Water
  • 2 Cups Flour
  • 2 T Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 T Honey

Toppings:

  • ½ Cup Apricot Preserves
  • 1 ½ Cups Chicken, cooked and diced
  • 1/3 Cup Bacon, cooked and diced
  • ¼ Cup Green Onions, chopped fine
  • ¼ Cup Red Bell Pepper, minced
  • 8 Ounces Gorgonzola Cheese Crumbles
  • 2 Teaspoons Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
  • 10 Ounce Brie Cheese

Instructions

  1. Dissolve yeast in warm water.
  2. Mix flour, olive oil, salt, honey and the yeast mixture; until dough has formed.
  3. Cover and let dough rise.
  4. Roll dough into a round shape.
  5. Spread dough with apricot preserves.
  6. Add toppings in order listed.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
