Instructions

1. Prepare coals to medium heat (You should be able to hold your hand 2″” away from the grill for at least 3 seconds).
2. Toss fennel and onion with 2 Tbsp olive oil and salt and pepper.
3. Place on grill and cook until cooked through and caramelized, approximately 8 minutes (can be done ahead by roasting in the oven). Set aside.
4. Prepare crust per package directions.
5. Place on grill for approximately 2 minutes on each side.
6. Cut garlic clove in half and rub on cooked crust.
7. Top with mozzarella, reserved fennel, onion and sausage.
8. Top with parmesan.
9. Move to cool side of grill and cover with lid until cheeses are melted.
10. Remove from heat and top with reserved fennel fronds.
11. Let set about 3 minutes for cheese to set.
12. Slice and enjoy
