Ingredients

  • 1 quart olive oil for frying, or as needed
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 2/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 3/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt, pizza dough
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • 4 slices turkey
  • 4 slices ham
  • 7 oz shredded mozzarella
  • 1/8 tsp ground black pepper
  • 3 oz raspberry sauce
  • 1 tsp confectioners’ sugar for dusting
  • Tomato sauce

Instructions

  1. Fry ham and turkey
  2. Lay out dough, add tomato sauce, cheese, ham and turkey and raspberry sauce
  3. Bake at 400 until golden brown add confectioners sugar as garnish
