- 8 oz hot water between 105 and 110 degrees

Crab Rangoon Pizza Filling Ingredients:
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 4 oz yellow onion, diced
- ½ Tbsp minced garlic
- 8 oz cream cheese, cut into chunks
- 7 oz milk
- ½ tsp celery salt
- ¼ tsp Kosher sea salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ¼ tsp paprika
- A pinch cayenne pepper
- 12 oz fully cooked real or imitation crab, chopped in chunks
- 6 oz Colby-Jack cheese, shredded
- 4 oz whole milk Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 2 oz green pepper, julienned
