Instructions

1. Use a square baking sheet for the crust, take about a tsp of olive oil and coat the pan, mold the dough to the shape of the baking sheet.
2. Add another tsp on the top of the molded dough and spread all over with your hands.
3. Sprinkle about 1/2 hand full of Parmesan cheese over the dough.
4. Now take a hand full of shredded mozzarella cheese and spread it all over the pie evenly.
5. Use a tbsp and start dalloping ricotta cheese over sections of the pie.
6. Take the fresh cloves of garlic (minced) and spread it on top evenly.
7. Add pepperoni evenly.
8. Place in oven at approximately 350 degrees for 10 mins.
9. Then raise the temp to 450 for another 5-7 mins.
10. Take out of oven, garnish with fresh basil, squeeze hot honey over the pie evenly then add a dash of black pepper and oregano.
