Ingredients

  • Dough
  • fresh mozzarella
  • burrata cheese
  • Guanciale (cured Italian meat)
  • egg
  • black truffles

Instructions

  1. Hand spread dough nice and thin.
  2. Tear pieces of fresh mozzarella and burrata and place evenly across pie.
  3. Slice guanciale and add to pie.
  4. Add black truffles sparingly (a little goes a long way).
  5. Place pie on a pizza stone in a pre heated over at 550 degrees.
  6. When the pizza is about half done, take it out and crack an egg in the center.
  7. Put the pie back it until the egg is cooked. Make sure it’s a little runny.
  8. Take the pie out, break the yolk and spread over the pizza. Enjoy!!
